About
Brand Positioning
We are not an advertising agency; we are a design studio that turns strategic design, aesthetics, design philosophy and sociology into one shared language.
Why We Exist
We exist to build a deeper relationship between people, society and business through design.
Every brand is the expression of a worldview — not a set of colours, forms and typefaces.
By combining design philosophy, strategic design, visual language and sociology, we create identities that reach past today's needs and leave a mark on tomorrow's cultural memory.
We do not design for the market. We design for people.
Design is not only a way to make the world more beautiful; it is an instrument for shaping thought, experience and collective memory.
We want to build lasting brands, teach the next generation of designers, and widen the boundaries of thinking in modern design.
Every project is a chance to make work that succeeds commercially and raises the cultural and aesthetic literacy of the society it lives in.
Every visual identity is a philosophical statement.
Great brands are built on ideas before they are built on images.
What We Believe
- Before design is a visual instrument, it is a way of thinking.
- Design can raise both the quality of life and the level of cultural awareness.
- Identity is discovered, not invented.
- Beauty without meaning does not last.
- Typography is the voice of the brand.
- Imagery is the cultural memory of the brand.
- Every brand carries a responsibility towards society.
Vision
To become one of the most influential design and branding studios in the world — a studio that sets new standards in visual identity and brand experience by combining design philosophy, aesthetics, typography and cultural understanding.
Our final aim is to build brands that succeed in the market and last in the history of design.
Mission
We help organisations, luxury brands, cultural institutions and international companies discover their real identity and translate it into a visual, human and lasting language.
Alongside commercial work, our mission is to develop design culture through teaching, research, mentorship, publishing and cultural events.
Core Values
- Integrity — Humanity
- Curiosity — Cultural Intelligence
- Originality — Timeless Thinking
- Excellence — Responsibility
Brand Promise
We create brands that keep their meaning, credibility and effect decades from now.
Who We Work With
We prefer to work with luxury brands, international companies, cultural institutions, museums, galleries and forward-looking brands.
Who We Don't Work With
We do not accept projects that:
- lack ethical principles.
- are built on imitation.
- place no value on research.
- treat design as decoration.
Three Audiences
Three groups with entirely different decision processes, speeds and buying logic. Every proposal, every meeting and every tone of communication is set by that difference.
Luxury brands
- Decision-maker
- CEO or marketing director; usually one person.
- Speed
- Fast; the decision is often made in one or two meetings.
- Budget
- Flexible and matched to perceived value, not a tender process.
- Our view
- Helping the brand find a visual language that speaks of rarity, authenticity and desire at once.
International companies
- Decision-maker
- A committee of directors; usually with procurement and a formal RFP.
- Speed
- Medium; weeks to months, subject to internal approval.
- Budget
- Approved and documented; needs a clear scope of work the committee can review.
- Our view
- Translating organisational complexity into an identity that is coherent, scalable and workable across cultures.
Cultural institutions
- Decision-maker
- A board of trustees or cultural committee; collective, decentralised decisions.
- Speed
- Slow; it can take up to a year and depends on budget or grant cycles.
- Budget
- Allocated, limited and often not negotiable mid-year.
- Our view
- Designing an identity that turns the institution's cultural mission into a visual legacy for the next generation, not just marketing.
Studio Positions
These three clauses are our commitments to the client and to the profession of design.
Artificial intelligence
The final creative decision is made by a person. AI is used for early research and for moving through options, and nothing is delivered without review and sign-off by the human team.
The origin of cultural elements
Every cultural, historical or symbolic element comes with research and a stated origin. We do not use an element whose context we do not know, or whose right of use is unclear.
Ownership of the work
The final identity is yours on settlement. What stays with the studio is the methodology and the process, not your identity.
The full, binding form of these three clauses is set out on the terms page.
